It's a cloudy day in New York with a 50 degree temp in January! It always seems sunny in New York. So many people from all over the world come together in the Times Square area. The stadium seating and little tables and chairs are a welcome site to my tired legs. Quite a change from my suburban home.

Ancient Mayans did pro phesize but not about the end of the world. They have prophecies that go beyond 2012. Their usual warnings were about events of nature like droughts, etc. and events that were in a cyclical span which could be repeated in the future. An interesting event that will be corresponding to this time is the sun joining the degree of the galactic center at 27 sagittarius on Dec. 19th. Can't wait to see what happens!
