New Moon on Sunday 9/13/15 and Mercury Retrograde 9/17/15 - 10/9/15 (click for Basho's Poems)

The Virgo new moon on Sunday will start a new page in our book of 'work'. We can begin projects which can revolve around past friendships, redoing something, reorganizing, etc. Virgo is an earth sign. It may be a good day to play in the dirt...plant a tree or spring bulbs. Plant your wishes too and see what happens. Mercury retrograde is a time to pay attention. Be here now and you should do well. I have been reorganizing closets, drawers, file cabinet...throwing out. Good time to donate books and clothes not used. Anything starting with 're' would be good...renew, restore, re-LAX. I like the last one best. How to 'relax'? I think sitting comfortably...watching breath...let the thoughts come and go...be the one that 'watches'...just sit and watch. Seek that which is within. The past is dead. The future is a mystery. All we have is the gift of the present. Enjoy!

This is the 'Harvest Moon'   https://youtu.be/xMjDc8MJotU It is sung by Neil Young...what could be better? The full moon is in Pisces and occurs on Friday 9/22/16. Planet Mars will be in the mix so it should not be a boring week.Mercury goes direct on 9/22 which should straighten out communications. Pluto will go direct on 9/26 which will give some directness and decisiveness to the world picture and some personal events. Pluto clears up areas where we have gotten stuck. It is very deep within and often brings to light issues which need to be addressed. It is the planet of obsession. Try to manifest those qualities in ourselves that we admire in 'the other'.
