Thursday Well here it is again! Mercury retrograde is a good time to redo, renew, renovate, ...you get it, don't you? Dinner began with a delicious Maggiano's salad. It has prosciutto, red onions, blue cheese and house dressing. Excellent! The server was Noel. He was very energetic, attentive and excited about the food. What more could you ask for? Well I asked for the 'Chicken Francaise' with the parmesan crust and lemon butter with crispy Vesuvio potatoes. Excellent! 5***** dinner. Add to that the delicious coffee (lavazza) and ta-da! ...New York Cheesecake with strawberries and whipped cream! Just how you might like it.

Good time to reorganize, work out your budget, redo..You get the idea. I performed my own survey and found that replacing something went well but buying a new device did not work well.
